Throughout the present research I intend to demonstrate the powerful link between the vocal practice in accompanied monody and the way Early Italian violin music ought to be interpreted. Due to the scarce amount of articulation and ornamentation in this music, I consider that historical criteria should be found in order to back up the subjective choices in its performance. According to this, I focus on reviewing sources that describe the vocal practice around 1600, but also contemporary sources in which we can find instructions addressed to bow instruments. It is evident that our technological society is undoubtedly linked to the diffusion of images. Authors such as Gottfried Boehm John Mitchell Hans Belting investigated the nature of the image by laying the foundations in the 1990s for the idea of ​​a pictorial turn of a culture totally dominated by images that has now become a real technical possibility on global scale. New technologies have radically transformed not only geography as a discipline but also the geographies of the world. Indeed the digital has assumed an increasingly pervasive mediating role in the production of space as of geographic knowledge and imaginaries. The possibilities offered by the virtual in particular now offer a decisive contribution in communicating the meanings attributed to places and respond increasingly effectively to the emerging needs of the tourism sector. Digitally mediated visitor experiences aim to engage the senses and are effective when they promote rigorously realistic immersions. Within the framework of these reflections the paper highlights the renewed relevance of authenticity both of the tourism experience and of cultural heritage in relation to its potential for attraction and proposes a contextualization of the theme in light of the unprecedented opportunities granted by technologies for the creation of virtual and augmented spaces. The proposed discussion is therefore also a journey aimed at exploring authenticity as a tool through which new technologies can effectively mediate a sense of place and foster brand communication of a destination. The case study is the UNESCO site of Tarragona whose most relevant image for urban policies is presented. This shared figuration spatially defined and rooted in a precise historical moment is reconstructed on the one hand through the analysis of functional documentation for the candidacy and on the other by means of a review of mobile applications developed for the promotion of the city's cultural heritage. The proposed journey and exploration of the place return in light of the research data and in conclusion the central role played by digital technologies in mediating the UNESCO imaginary. The paper analyses the relationship between the criminal treatment of 'soft' drugs and the fight against organised crime related to drug trafficking with regard to European law international law and national criminal law of some EU countries (Spain Portugal Greece Germany and Italy). Following an integrated approach the analysis is carried on taking into consideration the phenomenology of trafficking and an assessment of the initial effects that the anti-prohibitionist reforms of some North and South American jurisdictions have produced on the illicit market. These are two ways of approaching the consumption of sports by spectators and actorIn the last thirty years sport has taken on a very significant meaning in people's lives and albeit with considerable differences both in advanced economic development countries and in developing countries. On an individual level it constituted an area of identity investment when it assumed the shape of “sport spectacle” to be enjoyed fueling the practice of cheering and fandom or constituting the model of a winning lifestyleand the two ways of use can be strongly related to the perception and assessment of the quality of life. The “semantic universes” which however connote sport and “free time sports” have often appeared polarized. Commercial sport and sports professionalism are intertwined with the institutions of economics politics and culture which above all stress its “spectacularity” in order to capture first and foremost the audience. But also the sport of leisure time is intertwined with the actions of the institutions of economics politics and culture with the difference that these stress above all its “healthy value” aimed at the “healthy and rational” investment of time in an activity which improves the quality of life in the short medium and long period. This polarization between the consumption of sport entertainment - commercial sport - and the consumption of sport as a leisure activity - sport for all - has become increasingly interconnected precisely because of the increased collective identity demand via sport. In other words we have witnessed the spread of shape of sports entertainment that recall the importance of sports for psychophysical well-being for integration and social participation for the reduction of social inequalities ethnic and cultural differences and in which the importance assumed was weakened in the show from agonism from competition from the physical confrontation between two contenders or two teams. A sport in which we act with competitors as well as against competitors. And on the other hand we have gradually witnessed the spectacularization of sports in our free time to the point that the sharing of the results obtained through the declination of a competitive spirit that presents itself as directed no longer against other contenders but against its own performance limits it has become the way in which each person makes part of his or her own life spectacular the one he often considers most authentic.
